2023 – 2024 HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
Service may be delayed due to the following holidays:
- Thanksgiving Day – Thursday, November 23, 2023: Thursday – Friday pickups delayed one day
- Christmas Day – Monday, December 25, 2023: All pickups delayed one day
- New Year’s Day – Monday, January 1, 2024: All pickups delayed one day
- Memorial Day – Monday, May 27, 2024: All pickups delayed one day
- Independence Day – Thursday, July 4, 2024: Thursday – Friday pickups delayed one day
- Labor Day – Monday, September 2, 2024: All pickups delayed one day
- Thanksgiving Day – Thursday, November 28, 2024: Thursday – Friday pickups delayed one day
- Christmas Day – Wednesday, December 25, 2024: Wednesday – Friday pickups delayed one day
- New Year’s Day – Wednesday, January 1, 2025: Wednesday – Friday pickups delayed one day
If these holidays fall ON or BEFORE your regular pickup day, your trash, recycling, and yard waste will be picked up one day later that week. If the holiday falls on the weekend, all pickups will run on schedule. No delays will occur that week. We suggest you mark these days on your calendar so you will know ahead of time whether or not we observe a certain holiday.
BILL PAY
ONLINE BILL PAY: Save time by paying your bill online. You can make a one-time payment or set up auto-pay. You will need your account number and invoice number to access your account. Your invoice number will be at the top of your bill.
IMPORTANT: If you are setting up auto-pay, you must first pay your current balance due and then set up your auto-pay.
Payments made the day before are not guaranteed next-day pick up. Payments are processed once a day and drivers are notified at that time. If the driver is past your stop you will not be picked up. If you would like for us to come back there is a $25.00 – $50.00 charge.
PAY BY CHECK: For customers who choose to pay by check, please write your driver’s license number and date of birth on the check. This will help us process the checks easier.
CALL PAYMENT IN: Call in your payment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Call during business hours 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. (A 3% fee will be added to over the phone payments with a minimum of .75)
NEW CUSTOMERS

APPLIANCE AND LARGE ITEM PICKUP
Large items or appliances can be picked up on a scheduled basis for an additional charge. Have more recyclable materials than will fit in your cart? Call to schedule a bulk recycling pickup (extra charges may apply).

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Grace Hauling is implementing the following policy.
Storm systems are an act of nature. An instance of uncontrollable natural forces in operation. Road conditions across multiple counties will vary, often with rural routes not passable for multiple days. To ensure that all of our customers are picked up in the event of inclement weather, Grace Hauling is implementing the following policy.
Our drivers will make every effort to collect trash on the scheduled pickup day. We will no longer be able to return later in the week if your road is inaccessible due to inclement weather.
No credits will be issued if we are unable to pick up from a residence due to an act of nature.
ROUTE CHANGES
Due to the constant growth of our routes, there are times that stops need to be moved around within the same pickup day. We are unable to notify you of route time changes unless you are changing days. Therefore, please make sure your trash, recycle, and yard waste is at the curb by 5 AM the morning of your pickup or the night before so you will not be missed. Thank you for your patience and understanding on this matter!
